At the beginning of the project, we had no sample data to work with so I began with extremely low-fidelity drawings to quickly visualize potential solutions.
Partnering With A Junior Designer
I was paired with a talented junior designer, Sofia Telatin, who had no previous CRM experience. I gave her a crash course on CRM basics and she got up to speed very quickly. We used Aon’s design system and developed sample reports until real data became available.
