Re-architecting a CRM for medical practices

RSI's platform had grown overly complex as more patient data and functionality were added. I pushed for a full-page design instead of modals to avoid cramped layouts and allow patient messaging inline. I redesigned the app's information architecture to simplify navigation and setup.

As the product evolved into a browser extension to complement EHR systems, space constraints increased. I developed a card-based layout optimized for a side-panel form factor, with expandable states for deeper details.

The modernized UI reduced support call volume, improved usability, helped close new sales, and is gaining traction as a front-office copilot.
